Return Policies

Return Policy for Customer.

1.         You can return your ordered product within 7 days from the date of delivery if you found that product is not as per product description or product images shown on Wildlifekart.com or product is damaged in transit.

2.         While these cases are extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged product, please ensure that you contact our customer care number within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will arrange pickup from you and you will get 100 % refund.

3.         If 7 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return facility.

4.         To be eligible for a return, your ordered product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

5.         Once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email / sms to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we found that product is unused and in the same condition at the time of delivery then we approve your refund. Then your refund will be processed and you will get 100 %  refund within 7 days of approval.

6.         In case you provide incorrect delivery address, name or if you are not available at the time of delivery then wildlifekart.com will do 3 attempts to deliver that product to you and still if product is not delivered then it will be returned to its original place. In such case you have to bear double courier charges i.e. from Original place to your address and from your address to its Origin. Remaining amount will be refunded to you within 7 days from the product reached to its original place.

7.         An item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. All products must be shipped back with all the documentation that you have received from us including the invoice. A wrong way of dispatch may lead to a lot of paper work and delay in receipt. If our instructions are not followed by you then your return will be invalid and you will forfeit all privileges.

8.         Currently we are offering return of product only in case of damage of product in transit or delivered product is not as per product description or product image shown on Wildlifekart.com
