Made by the Paardhi Community of Central India, The whistle that you now holds in your hand perfectly imitates the call of Teetar तितर bird or Fancolin. A Bird from partridge family with a high pitched call. Accomplished users that they are, members of the community claims that every time they play this whistle, a francolin is sure to response. The whistle is said to be made from the bark of the Khair Tree.
