When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

Return Policy for Customer. 

1.         You can return your ordered product within 7 days from the date of delivery if you
found that product is not as per product description or product images shown on
Wildlifekart.com or product is damaged in transit.

 2.         While these cases are extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged
product, please ensure that you contact our customer care number within 7 days
from the date of delivery. We will arrange pickup from you and you will get 100
% refund.

 3.         If 7 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a
return facility.

 4.         To be eligible for a return, your ordered product must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it.

 5.         Once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will send you an
email / sms to notify you that we have received your returned item. If we found
that product is unused and in the same condition at the time of delivery then
we approve your refund. Then your refund will be processed and you will get 100
%  refund within 7 days of approval.

 6.         In case you provide incorrect delivery address, name or if you are not available at the
time of delivery then wildlifekart.com will do 3 attempts to deliver that
product to you and still if product is not delivered then it will be returned
to its original place. In such case you have to bear double courier charges
i.e. from Original place to your address and from your address to its Origin. Remaining
amount will be refunded to you within 7 days from the product reached to its
original place.

 7.         An item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. All products must be
shipped back with all the documentation that you have received from us
including the invoice. A wrong way of dispatch may lead to a lot of paper work
and delay in receipt. If our instructions are not followed by you then your
return will be invalid and you will forfeit all privileges.

 8.         Currently we are offering return of product only in case of damage of product in transit
or delivered product is not as per product description or product image shown
on Wildlifekart.com

Shipping Policies

1.      Wildlifekart.com is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and on time.

2.      Most of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 7 days from shipping. So within 8-10 days your order will reach to your destination.

3.      We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. 

4.      We are covering 26,000 + Pin codes all over India

5. Shipping and delivery times may vary for different locations 
6. While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 2-3 days.
7. All the products purchased on wildlifekart.com are delivered to your home at additional nominal shipping cost.
